A rare moment between seagulls makes for an endearing shot in this week’s photo.

A rare moment between seagulls was captured by AG Flickr contributor Troy Michael in this week’s photo.

“The photo was taken on the beach at North Stradbroke Island in Queensland,” says Troy. “I was taking a series of photos of the seagulls sitting on the rocks when the second seagull flew down at the right moment and I was able to capture what looks like the two kissing. I have been taking photos for about three years as a hobby. I use a Canon 400D which is a fantastic camera, but I am looking at upgrading soon. North Stradbroke Island would be my favourite place for photography as I live on the mainland nearby and the beaches, lakes and wildlife certainly give me lots of beautiful photo opportunities.”
