The discovery of a well-preserved crocodile fossils sheds light on the evolution of reptiles.
The discovery of the fossilised remains of an ancient crocodile has challenged ideas about the origin and evolution of the crocodile species. Paleontologists from the University of Queensland spent 5 years carefully piecing together the discovery, first spotted by a farmer in a creek bed near Isisford, in outback Queensland.
