Celebrating all the colour and life of Garma 2022.

On the final day of the 22nd Garma Festival of Cultures, enjoy this curation of the best visual moments from Australia’s largest Indigenous festival located in Gumatji Country in north-east Arnhem Land.

Considered the nation’s foremost Indigenous cultural exchange event, the festival draws Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians together via youth forums, music, film, song, dance and exhibitions.

After three years of cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival has returned bigger and stronger than ever with an announcement from Prime Minister Anthony Albanese on an Indigenous Voice to parliament and a referendum on the issue.
