On the frontlines of mange, this is one wombat rescuer’s story

Canberra-based wombat rescuer Yolandi Vermaark is on the frontline of fighting mange in wombats. Here, Australian Geographic follows her on one of her typical weekends, which involves looking for joeys in roadkill and treating a small population of wombats with cydectin that helps get rid of mange.
