Astonishing scenes from Mildura’s dust storm

HERE ARE some of the incredible images and videos from those caught in the storm.
Just past 5pm & it’s pitch dark in Mildura, with the most almighty dust storm. Winds so strong that as the dark came down I saw frantically flapping birds swept backwards. I’ve never seen anything like it. Fitting on the day we were told -again – that we risk mass extinction. pic.twitter.com/6jsQWLKaBX

The most incredible dust storm has rolled over the #Mildura area this afternoon. These were taken on my family's farm on the NSW side of the Murray. I'm told it went "from daylight to midnight in five minutes". pic.twitter.com/z4A1PCJKlk
