The Unclaimed Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing via email or SMS (depending on the method of entry) within 7days of the Unclaimed Prize Determination.
Prize
Kings Canyon Uluru and Kata Tjuta tour departing Alice Springs for two people (twin share only and flights will not be included)
The total prize pool is up to AUD $4,578. There is only ONE prize to be won. The prize is for two adults, the winner can choose from available dates on the AAT Kings website, from the 3rd of June 2025 to the 17th of March 2026.
All applicable taxes, levies and surcharges, passports, visa requirements or visa related charges, gift shop and other items of a personal nature incidentals, extensions, gratuities to ship’s crew at Winner’s discretion, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, and all other travel related expenses and ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Winner. Travel to/from the port of embarkation and airports is the responsibility of the Winner unless otherwise stated. Return flights to the tour start and end points are NOT included within the prize pool. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter and AAT Kings accept no liability for any loss or claim arising from or as a result of the Prize.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the Winner does not take an element of their Prize at the time stipulated, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited and cash will not be supplied in lieu of the Prize. The Promoter and AAT Kings accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value. Where the Prize is unavailable for any reason, AAT Kings may substitute for that Prize another item of equal value determined by AAT Kings.

The Winner is responsible for booking the holiday with AAT Kings directly. The Winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid vaccinations and travel documentation, first name (as per travel documentation) and date of birth must be supplied to AAT Kings to complete reservations. Final departure date is subject to availability of AAT Kings and subject to holiday and other blackout periods as set out in the AAT Kings terms and conditions.

Prize Conditions
In order to receive the Prize, the Winner must have provided the Promoter with a valid email address at Entry.
The Prize will be sent via email to the Winner’s email address within 4 weeks of the Draw.
The Promoter and AAT Kings exclude all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable Consumer Guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this Promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) lost or damaged entries, Prize claims or Prizes; and/or (iv) acceptance and/or use of any Prize. Applicable manufacturers and/or distributors should be contacted in regards to all prize warranty claims. The winner takes and uses the Prizes at their own risk.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, AAT Kings and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transit to the Prize, or for any consequences of the Winner or their companion not complying with any applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Prize.
If for any reason this Promotion is cancelled or is not capable of running as planned, due to an intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event.
AAT Kings accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. AAT Kings encourages the Winner to seek independent financial advice to suit their circumstances.
AAT Kings and the entrants acknowledge that the entrants are providing their personal information to Australian Geographic Holdings PTY LTD and AAT Kings Pty Ltd for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. By entering this promotion, you consent to the storage of your personal information on the Promoter’s and AAT Kings databases and the Promoter and AAT Kings may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s or AAT Kings products including contacting you via electronic messaging. Your name and contact details may also be shared with various third party organisations, including AAT Kings, Promoter’s agents, contractors and Australian regulatory authorities (as required), who may contact you from time to time regarding promotions. If you enter this Promotion you agree your name and contact details can be shared with AAT Kings, who may contact you in relation to their own promotions. These organisations must comply with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and with strict conditions governing how personal information is to be handled including applicable privacy laws.

Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and all entries of an Entrant who are deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
The Promoter or AAT Kings will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, AAT Kings reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or, if necessary, to provide an alternative prize to the same value as an original Prize.
As a condition of entering this Promotion, an entrant consents to, in the event they are the Winner, the Promoter and AAT Kings using the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the Promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or AAT Kings. The entrant agrees that, in the event they are the Winner, the entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant at time of entry, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter and AAT Kings may use this information to contact the entrant with information and updates. The Promoter is not responsible for the content of any Linked Sites, whether or not the Promoter is affiliated with the Linked Sites. The Promoter does not in any way endorse any Linked Sites and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of any products or services offered, accessed or advertised by such Linked Sites. To the extent that these Linked Sites collect personal information or postings from Entrants, the Promoter shall bear no responsibility or liability for the manner in which such information or postings are used or exploited. General
The promoter of the Competition is the Promoter.
By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Entry is open only to the Entrants, excluding the Exclusions.
This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after the Entry Period will not count towards the Competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
Entry
To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit.
Entry to this Competition via the Website is free.
Entrants must personally and manually submit an Entry using an internet browser. The Promoter reserves the right to reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that an Entry has been created and/or submitted using automated entry means or a computer entry service.
To be eligible to win a prize in this Competition, an Entry must not:
infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
be incomplete or illegible; or
be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content which, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, comply with these Terms and Conditions.
All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
Judging
This Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on the Judging Criteria.
Judging will take place at the Prize Determination. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
The Entrant who submits the best Entry (as determined by the judges) will win the Prize(s) (Winner). The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
Winners
The Winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification.
The Winner must claim the Prize within the Claim Period. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage to the Prize once it has left the Promoter’s or supplier’s premises.
If the Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian of the Winner.
If the Winner is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or does not claim the Prize within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the Entrant with the next best Entry (Unclaimed Prize Winner), as determined by the judges at the Unclaimed Prize Determination.
Prizes
The prize consists of the Prize, valued at the Total Prize Value.
The Winner’s use of the Prize is subject to:
the Prize Conditions; and
additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier(s) of the Prize (if any), with which the Winner must comply.
The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms and Conditions. No alternative will be provided and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as such.
The value of the Prizes is the recommended retail price as provided by the supplier (inclusive of GST) and is correct as at the start of the Competition.
If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. In case of a dispute, the courts of New South Wales, Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Your information
If an Entrant’s contact details changes between the date of entry and the Unclaimed Prize Determination, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of his/her updated contact details.
The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants’ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to conduct the Competition, publicise the name of the Winners and where Entrants have consented to the receipt of such information, send Entrants marketing, advertising and promotional material.
Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to third parties who assist the Promoter in conducting this Competition, including regulatory authorities, entities which supply and deliver the Prizes to the Winners, and marketing and communications agencies.
The Winners’ names will be published and retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Winner consents to the Promoter’s use of the Winner’s name, likeness, image, picture, voice, statements, testimonials or quotations for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without any fee being paid to the Winner.
Risk and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Winner participates in this Competition, and uses the Prize, at his or her own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and the suppliers, agencies and other companies involved in this Competition assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or loss or damage to data.
If this Competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including as a result of technical failures, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend or change the Competition and re-commence it on similar terms, subject to any directions by regulatory authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents exclude liability for all loss (including loss of data, unauthorised access to data and consequential loss), damage, expenses, death or personal injury suffered or incurred arising out of, or in connection with, this Competition (including in relation to the Winner’s participation in this Competition and use of the Prize).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
