Esther’s mood was “exceptionally happy, ridiculously, overwhelmingly happy” as she crossed the Gibson Desert in the middle of her adventure.

“Sam would stretch his neck out like this when people came to pat him,” Esther says. “It was great for the kids at communities to see what gentle giants camels can be.”
