After years of being off-limits, mountaineers are rediscovering the wonder of Afghanistan’s snowy heights. The 2011 Australian Geographic Adventure/The North Face Adventure Grant winners strapped on their crampons, tightened their pack straps to climb 7492m Noshaq Peak in Afghanistan.
