A majestic wedge-tailed eagle taking flight in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales is this week’s reader photo.
THIS WEEK’S READER PHOTO, shot by AG reader Mark Scott, from Tweed Heads West, NSW, is of a wedge-tail eagle taking flight on the high country plains in the Snowy Mountains.
“I had been chasing this shot for a long time getting up before dawn, making a coffee and jumping in the car to try and find this eagle,” says Mark. “I would see it from time to time driving to work but hardly ever when I had my camera.”
