A BRILLIANT DISPLAY OF the mating behaviour of Victoria’s riflebird is the focus of this week’s reader photo, sent in by Trevor Andersen from Jimboomba, QLD.
“I sat in Queensland’s tropical rainforest for six days to capture various stages of this display,” says Trevor. “Males will try different techniques to encourage receptive females down.”
