To mark 150 editions of the Australian Geographic journal, we have identified our 150 defining moments in Australian history and included them on this richly illustrated and informative wall poster. The moments cover many landmark innovations and events from the development of the boomerang 20,000 years ago to the Lindt Café siege in 2014 and much more. The poster features an original montage illustration by talented Melbourne artist Michael Payne and historical references taken from the National Museum of Australia’s Defining Moments online series.
