Weird and wonderful discoveries: ancient underwater volcanoes bristle with sea life

Extraordinary new marine life has been found in the waters surrounding the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

These discoveries were made by scientists on board research vessel RV Investigator while surveying the Cocos (Keeling) Islands sea floor.
