Scientists have predicted that some Pacific Island nations will be uninhabitable by the end of the century. Islanders ask who is responsible, and what does this mean for the future of their children, grandchildren and their vibrant cultures and customs?

Our Pacific Island neighbours are on the front line of climate change. Last year, Australian photographer Rodney Dekker travelled to Tuvalu and Kiribati on behalf of Oxfam Australia. He captured stories of the climate impacts Pacific Islanders are already facing, how they are trying to adapt and their thoughts on the future.
