Congratulations to this week’s AG Flickr group member Bill Harris, for his image ‘Yellow-footed antechinus’, our AG Reader Photo of the Week.

“While searching Victoria’s Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park for regent honeyeaters, we came across this little fellow 1.8m from the ground. The species is also known as the mardo, and by locals as the Chiltern golden mouse. Males engage in such frenzied mating attempts that they often die from physical stress before one year of age.”
