You know winter is on its way when the Banff Mountain Film Festival rolls around. This year is as great as ever with a mix of climbing, skiing, paddling, mountain biking and human interest short films.
This year, the Australian line-up features 2.5 hours of sublime footage shot in some of the most wild and remote corners of the world. Sure to get hearts racing, it showcases films packed full of mesmerising cinematography, thought-provoking storylines and adrenalin-inducing action sequences.
From remote, snow-covered Arctic slopes, to majestic unclimbed Antarctic peaks, the films lead viewers on exciting, fast-paced journeys to some of the most isolated locations on the planet.
