Being a Victorian by birth, I saw many bushfires over the years, and helped fight a few too. I hope the emotional scars on the souls that went through that horrific time are recovering as well as the land.

This is interesting, how nature recover it's own wound.
On the Feb. 7, when this disaster started, I cried and wrote a poem about BLACK SATURDAY.I have visited Marysville and area since and am amazed at the strength of the people tostart over again. If interested I can e-mail my poem.
