Gallery: The ringers' photo album

Share |

Australia's jackaroos and jillaroos provide a photographic glimpse of life on an outback station.

Sheep and cattle stations throughout Australia share a sense of community and warm camaraderie.

Some of the best proof we've seen of this exists online, particularly among members of a group called Ringers From the Top End (RFTTE).

RFTTE is dubbed The Online Campfire™ for jackaroos and jillaroos from stations across the nation. On social networking site Facebook, it exists as a group that promotes the sharing of photos and stories, and interaction over common ground — the intimate knowledge of station life.

NOW: Launch the gallery to peek into the photo albums of dedicated Aussie ringers.
